CONVERGE 2025 Recap Highlights

Insights and reflections

The 2025 NADP CONVERGE Conference in Indian Wells, California, offered a dynamic and collaborative experience for dental benefits professionals over four days.

Monday featured volunteer group meetings and advisory councils discussing government relations, clinical standards and dental care access. We wish to extend our congratulations to the Evelyn Ireland Volunteer Award winners for their dedication to their respective workgroups.

Tuesday included a keynote by Dr. Simone Ellis on strengthening provider-payer partnerships, interactive demos in the Discovery Zone, and sessions on technology, policy and value-based care. The day ended with our G.E.H.A Solutions Powering Connections reception in the exhibit hall. We appreciate everyone who attended; it’s always a pleasure to connect with friends and colleagues.

Wednesday’s highlights included a CEO panel, sessions on artificial intelligence (AI) in dental care, and panels on broker feedback and health care data strategies. The sold-out exhibit hall showcased cutting-edge solutions for the dental space.

Thursday concluded with a consortium workshop and a final breakfast, leaving participants energized and informed. Overall, the event fostered meaningful connections and sparked innovative conversations that will shape the future of dental benefits.

Our membership with the National Association of Dental Plans (NADP) provides strength and support through work with the American Dental Association, government agencies, lawmakers and other key audiences that influence our industry. This partnership provides us with a voice on the issues that matter most to us and to our clients.

As we reflect on another successful NADP CONVERGE conference, we are grateful for the opportunity to learn, collaborate and grow alongside dedicated professionals in the dental benefits industry. Your commitment to advancing our shared goals ensures a bright future for dental care.

We look forward to continuing these conversations and driving positive change together in the years ahead.
