We can prepare an accessibility analysis for your group. By comparing participant ZIP codes to our provider ZIP codes, we can create detailed reports and maps. These reports will show the participant location in relation to our providers.

But the larger the benefit differentials between in-network and out-of-network services, the greater the savings.

GEHA Solutions is simple to administer. The key implementation steps are:
  • Load provider data and fee schedules into your claims system so that you can reprice claims as they are processed.
  • Print the network identifier on your ID cards and explanation of benefits (EOBs) so the dentist can identify their affiliation with the participants plan.
  • Communicate the network benefits and how to find an in-network provider to plan participants.

Your members may nominate a provider, for the GEHA Connection Dental Network, directly using our online Nominate a Dentist tool.

GEHA Solutions can assist your members in locating a participating dentist.

GEHA Solutions requires that the network identifier used to process the claim be placed on plan participants' explanation of benefits (EOB). This allows a participating dentist to identify the network fee scheduled use to pay the claim.

Publishing the network logo or name, on the members ID card, assists the provider in determining eligibility of the member at the time of service.

Yes. Our network options include both general and specialty dentists, such as oral maxillofacial surgeons, orthodontists and periodontists.
You will find your insurance company located on your insurance card. Please call the number listed on your ID card for benefit information. GEHA Solutions does not have access to your personal benefit information.
We suggest you reach out to your insurer, listed on your ID card, to verify benefit coverage and provider participation. This step will help to avoid unexpected out-of-network dental costs.
